The Challenges
  • Limited B2B e-commerce tool options
    At the time, there were few e-commerce solutions tailored specifically to the B2B market. Most applications lacked the ability to support customization, branding, and both digital and physical products.
  • Timely analytical data
    B2B stores needed an e-commerce solution that provided analytics and reporting to ensure seamless integration between corporate IT systems and financial infrastructure.
  • Process automation
    B2B companies were spending significant time and resources on routine operations. There were no automated solutions on the market capable of generating personalized PDF documents on demand, resulting in costly and inefficient production processes.

Each online store can be tailored to meet specific business requirements. Store functionality and features can be customized individually.

The site contains 3 portals: super admin (for creating new stores), admin (for managing products, users, orders, and reports), and the public (to be able to place orders).

Quick set-up
A new store can be launched in just a few minutes, including product setup, payment configuration, and delivery options.
Integrations
The platform contains integrations with Oracle, SAP, Savant, and Salesforce. The platform allows for the integration of other, more specific company systems as well.
Complex products
The storefronts support a wide range of products, from custom merchandise to complex industrial components such as boiler parts or trade show booths.
Cost calculation
The platform provides analytics for tracking sales performance and cost of goods sold. This allows the company to gain full financial visibility and optimize cost structures.
