Efficient inventory management
In order to improve efficiency, we had to synchronize the supply of parts with the prior purchases of those parts and the storage availability of the customer’s warehouse space. The goal was to save storage space, improve accounting, lower personnel costs, and eliminate illiquid stocks.
It was necessary to integrate all aspects of the business to have timely and accurate information regarding the processes in all departments.
Business process automation
We needed to create an automated system that allows our client to optimize processes, share accurate information throughout all departments and manage interactions between them. Additionally, the system had to be integrated with the company’s existing accounting software.
